What happens with my personal information?

Moose Ridge Sportswear is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our web site. We take this matter very seriously, and have instituted many policies and procedures to insure that none of your privacy rights are ever violated. We do not sell or openly give your personal information, including e-mail addresses to anyone.

Can I order by phone or fax?

Our Moose-reps would be happy to take your order by phone; but to protect your security, we do not accept faxed orders. Please feel free to contact us to place your order by phone or email.

What is your Shipping and Return Policy?

Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to ship. Tracking information will be provided. Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase, call or e-mail Customer Service for a return authorization number. We are happy to exchange your item or offer you a refund of your purchase price. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you ship Internationally?

We will ship to any country which uses Global Priority Airmail. At this time we can not offer international service to those countries who do not accept this service. If you would like expedited service please contact us for a quote.
